What currency are the prices listed on the site?
All prices are in USD.

How soon should I expect to hear from my Coach following purchase of Mobile App or 1:1 Coaching?

For all Coaching Services, you will be contacted within 3 business days of purchasing the coaching service.

I am not satisfied with my Coaching Service, can I cancel?

Your coach will work directly with you to ensure your coaching experience meets your needs. If you desire to cancel the coaching service for any reason, please note that Faithful Fitness LLC does NOT issue refunds on coaching programs once the purchase of the program is made. 

I just placed a product order, when will it ship?
For all products, we ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship out, with average shipping delivery times being 4-7 business days. Faithful Fitness is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier.  

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@shopfaithfulfitness.com.

For all digital products, downloads are available immediately.


Can I return by product if there is an issue, or I am not in love with it?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, only if the product is defective or damaged, or if the size purchased does not properly fit.

If the return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label from us.

Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Please Include your Full Name and order number on the returned parcels.

Once we have received the returned product within 15 days of purchase, a refund in the full amount of your original purchase will be issued. 

Can I cancel my order?
Cancelation of your order must be done before the product(s) ship. If the product(s) have already shipped please wait for the product to arrive, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING, and use our easy return system to return the product and get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address for shipping, how can I change this?
Once you receive your order conformation email, please review the address. If you have miss-spelled or auto filled an incorrect shipping address, notify us via email immediately at info@shopfaithfulfitness.com.

We can only correct an address within 24 hours of the purchase. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
